The new visa and residence permit agreement between Angola, Brazil, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, Mozambique, Portugal, São Tomé and Príncipe and Timor-Leste, will benefit the following people:

- Teachers from non-higher education establishments;
- Entrepreneurs: people who professionally carry out an organized economic activity for the production and circulation of goods or services, through a recognized permanent establishment with accounting in accordance with legal and administrative requirements and regularly registered in this condition in the tax system;
- Cultural agents: artists, sportspeople and representatives of media bodies, writers, musicians, promoters and organizers of cultural and sporting events;
- Students within the scope of recognized exchange programs between educational establishments of the visitor's nationality and those of the host country.
